She stared alongside Emily in the Ginger Snaps trilogy and Another Cinderella Story, and appeared in The X-Files, Da Vinci's Inquest and Insomnia; as did Emily. So what would this forum be without a mention of Emily's frequent co-star and personal friend, Katharine Isabelle?
In addition to staring in many of the same projects, the two also attended the same schools, belong to the same talent agency and were even born in the same hospital.

She wore sunglasses the first two days - which helped me get used to talking to her!!
I gave her a mug that says "Paige" (you'd have to see the movie Turning Paige to get the significance) and she totally loved it. It was so cool seeing her come out on Sunday morning drinking coffee out of the "Paige" mug I gave her!
I also gave her a donation in her name to Ahead With Horses - a charity organization for kids with disabilities and teaching them how to horse back ride (she loves horses and owns them and she loved this gift also!).
When I gave her a biography I wrote about her for her to review - she said "thanks alot but who would want to read a biography about me?" - really humble!
I told her I was nervous and she just smiled and said "that's OK" and then let me have a few pictures taken with her. I paid for three autographs (20 per autograph - the going rate for all celebrities there). I told her Turning Paige was my favorite movie of all time and it helped me get through losing my Dad - she was very sympathetic about that!
She's really, really good at remembering all of her fans names - so she would always say hi Kevin, etc, everytime she saw me!
Henry had me and her have our picture taken behind a Turning Paige poster that was signed by the entire cast - and silly me being all flustered about everything - misplaced the poster somewhere and lost it! Henry went back to her later to see if the poster was left by her and she said she hadn't seen it anywhere.
So the next morning I returned and Katie said with a smirk on her face "I heard you lost the poster Kevin - you're in dirt now!!!" Henry wanted to take a few more pictures of me and her and me being Mr. Low Self-esteem said "Oh, I don't want to bother her, I've already had my picture taken with her" - and next thing I know - she's coaxing me to get my pic taken with her (should let you know she was doing this for free! James Marsters was charging about 50 bucks for each snapshot!).
I stopped in later and dropped off some Sharpies for her - and she said "Oh Kevin- thanks alot" - just loved the way she's so good at calling everybody by their name!
On the last day, I gave her a "coffee table" book with pictures of horses and she loved it so much she got up and gave me a big hug! Henry talked her into taking her sunglasses off (gulp!) - so it made it seem like I had to get used to talking to her all over again! She let me have the picture I posted taken of her and me with her sunglasses off. That's when I decided I must have died and gone to Katie Heaven or something. After the pic was taken, she looked at me and I looked at her and she smiled at me. I would have loved to kiss her but I didn't want to ruin the whole day by having to deal with security because I got "too fresh" or something. ;D
I then asked her a few questions about her career and told her that when she sends me the biography in the mail - she just has to use her talent Agency as a return address.
It was, I'm pretty sure, the best day in my whole life - Wow!

Great story. Katie is such a nice girl, eh? I also had the pleasure of meeting her at a recent convention and I must admit that (a very small) part of me was expecting (and a bit afraid of) meeting "Ginger", but of course Katie is not Ginger, she is quite lovely.
I didn't talk to her much, but I could tell that she was a very smart, down-to-earth kind of person. It was very nice to meet her indeed.
